Shorts Turbo has no servers, no analytics, and no network requests. There is nothing to collect because the extension never sends anything anywhere. The three settings it saves live in your own browser, and no one else — including its developer — can read them.

These are held by Chrome's own chrome.storage.sync API, which keeps them in your browser profile. If you use Chrome Sync, Chrome — not this extension — may carry them between your own signed-in devices, the same way it carries your bookmarks. The developer has no access to that data and no mechanism to request it.
Saves the three settings above so they persist between sessions. Nothing else is ever written to storage.
Lets the popup check whether the tab you are looking at is a YouTube Short, so it can show an accurate status message. It reads only that tab's address, only while the popup is open, and never stores or sends it.
Scopes the extension to Shorts pages only. There it does exactly two things: set the video's playback speed, and activate YouTube's own next-video control when auto-scroll is on. It is not injected on any other site, or on any other part of YouTube.
Shorts Turbo collects no data from anyone, children under 13 included. It is a playback-control utility with no content, messaging, or social features.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the revised version is published at this same address before the corresponding extension update is released.
